We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Software Development Engineer with passion for UI Development. The successful candidate for this position will have an in-depth knowledge of UI technologies with focus on SharePoint 2010 and Silverlight.
Roles/Responsibilities: Full lifecycle application development working along with team of high performing engineers. Designing, coding and debugging applications using MS technologies like SharePoint, Silverlight. Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) Front end graphical user interface design Integrate software with our complex and high volume databases. Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 5 + years of experience in developing UI/Web Applications. Advanced level of proficiency in C# High Degree of Expertise in at least 2 of below areas ( Silverlight, WPF, SharePoint 2010,WCF) Experienced in implementing at least 1- 2 enterprise solutions end to end. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstration of MS values and competencies. Development experience with WCF, SOAP and/or REST Web Services is a plus
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent understanding of Engineering Excellence processes and requirements. Expertise and knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (including Agile) Experience working with geo-distributed teams. Knowledge and experience with data and business process modeling Proven ability to interpret and develop highly complex technical specifications, diagrams and database schemas Demonstrated ability to design solution that are scalable, usable and have acceptable performance Proven strengths in customer focused technical innovation, extensible design and architecture. Knowledge with the Windows Azure, SQL Azure.
Education Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field is or equivalent experience is required.
