We are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Engineer (Aircraft Systems) for one of our clients based in Switzerland. The role is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Engineer.
The role will be responsible for writing specifications, develop, integrate and certify aircraft systems, write ground and flight test plans, conduct ground tests as well as writing engineering reports for certification. There will also be aspects of planning and controlling engineering projects, supporting feasibility studies, investigating system, equipment and components and dealing with in-service customer and production line support.
We are looking for candidates who are degree qualified in aeronautical engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent. Candidates need to have working knowledge of developing, integrating and certifying aircraft systems (Fuel, hydraulic, flight controls etc). In addition to this we are looking for familiarity with certification requirements and project management skills and vendor management skills.
